How does the clinic ensure that all parties are respected?
Our clinic is dedicated to maintaining a respectful environment for everyone. We:
● Implement clear policies to promote mutual respect and professionalism.
● Provide regular training for staff to handle situations with empathy and discretion.
● Encourage open communication, allowing patients to share feedback constructively.
● Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language or behavior toward staff or other patients.
This approach helps us create a positive and welcoming space for all.
What is the Virtual First Policy?
To help limit the spread of infections, we offer initial consultations virtually (via phone or video) for patients with symptoms of infection. If an in-person examination is needed, your doctor will schedule it accordingly. This approach helps protect other patients and our staff while ensuring you receive the care you need.

Yes, patients are responsible for fees for services not covered by OHIP, such as sick notes, certain forms, or insurance-related paperwork. These fees are based on Ontario Medical Association (OMA) guidelines and are updated annually.

Payment for uninsured services must be made prior to receiving the service. Please note that we currently accept cash only for these payments

Please notify us promptly if your address, phone number, or email changes. This information does not update automatically in our system, so you must inform reception to keep your records current.
Why is it important to update my pharmacy information?

Ensure your pharmacy details are on file with the clinic to expedite the refill process.
Can I have forms completed during my appointment?
Yes, but let our staff know in advance if you need a form completed. These often require longer appointments that must be scheduled accordingly.
